  3. We do our hardest to deliver the Products to you on time by whatever means commercially feasible.

  8. When a Product is successfully processed and transferred to a Logistic Partner by us, we will then supply you with the contact information for the Logistic Partners who will handle the shipping and delivery of any Product(s) you have ordered through the Website.
  9. Our typical shipment times are between 24 (twenty four) hours from the moment you make the Product Order on the Website.
  10. In any instance, a projected time frame for the delivery of the Product ordered through the website will be given to the consumer.

  1. The delivery fees mentioned above apply to ALL orders that are offered on the platform.
  2. While we make every attempt to ship and deliver our items across India, you realize and accept that there may be a small number of locations that are unreachable for product delivery.
  3. Due to the fact that neither we nor our logistical partners offer shipping and delivery services to such unreachable places, we might not be able to complete your online orders in such circumstances.
  4. When a user orders Products over the Website and we find that a certain area is not operational, we will notify them.
  5. By entering the relevant area’s pin code on the internet, you may also find out if a location is unsuitable for us to deliver to.
  6. You agree and recognize that we may ask for or gather certain information, such as your name, shipping address, billing address, location, contact information, etc. to ensure prompt delivery of the ordered Products to you.

  11. Our Logistic Partners shall attempt to deliver the ordered Product(s) to you a maximum of three times in three (three) days (each attempt occurring on a separate day), if neither you nor a representative are present to receive delivery of the Product.
  12. We retain the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel the order for the bought Products if the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you continue to be unreachable and to arrange for the return of such Product to us.
  13. We also retain the right to withhold the shipping and delivery costs we paid for from any refunds we provide as a result of this cancellation.
  14. You understand and recognize that, despite our best efforts to deliver ordered Products to you promptly and within the time frame communicated to you, the delivery may be delayed due to :-

a. Logistical problems beyond of our control.

b. Inappropriate weather circumstances.

c. Political unrest, strikes, lockouts of workers, and other  governmental  restrictions.

d. Divine interventions like earthquakes and floods.

e. Additional unanticipated conditions.

  1. If there is a delay, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you in writing via your registered email address and/or cellphone number.
  2. We disclaim all responsibility for any damages that may result from our failure to alert you of delivery delays of products you have ordered from the Website.
  3. Furthermore, we are not obligated to make good on any claims that would otherwise result from delays in the delivery, shipping, or usage of the acquired goods.
  4. We make an effort to treat our Logistic Partners, workers, and agents with the utmost respect for ethics and integrity and to conduct ourselves in a way that demonstrates our professionalism, expertise, and good manners.
  5. You agree and accept that we have no control over the conduct or inactions of delivery personnel and that it is impossible for us to keep an eye on each delivery executive.
  6. Our delivery agents, employees, and personnel, as well as the logistic partner’s employees, agents, and people, are not subject to our liability for any actions or inactions, including poor service, improper product delivery, delivery delay, tampered product packing, etc.
  7. We are not liable for the actions or inactions of such parties as we are only facilitating the delivery of a Product that you have ordered.
  8. For the sake of complete clarity, it is stated that we have no control over any uncivil behavior on the part of our delivery personnel or the employees, agents, or personnel of the Logistic Partners.
  9. As a result, you are responsible for resolving any disputes you may have with a delivery representative or an employee, agent, or personnel of the Logistic Partners on your own.
  10. You understand and agree that you won’t hold us accountable or ask us to arbitrate or resolve any problems you may have with the delivery team that is bringing the products to you.
  11. After you place an order on the Internet, we carry it out and send the purchased Product to our Logistic Partner.
  12. After the purchased Product is transferred to the Logistics Partner, the User will be given a special tracking identification number that will enable them to keep track of the delivery progress of the purchased Products.
  13. Using the tracking identification number on the Website, the website of The Logistic Partner, or a mobile application, the User can determine the status and location of the purchased Product as well as the estimated delivery date.
  14. In order to ensure that you receive the Products as soon as possible, our customer service staff goes to great lengths to ensure that the Logistic Partners update the tracking status of the ordered Products in real time.
  15. It is made known that we cannot guarantee the authenticity or completeness of the goods since we collaborate with outside service providers to offer them.

  19. You recognize and concur that we are entitled to collect from the logistic partner the shipping and delivery fees related to the delivery service provided by the logistic partner.
  20. Should we spend shipping costs in order to deliver a product you ordered, we will not cover these costs in response to any return request from you.
  21. In the case that a Product has been delivered that is defective, damaged, lacking, or inaccurate (for reasons that we are liable for and have recognized, in our sole discretion, after adequate proof), we reserve the right to make an exception and pay the shipping expenses.
  22. You understand and agree that when the ordered things are delivered to you, ownership and risk of the purchased goods transfer to you.
  23. Our reverse-Logistics Partners help enable the return of purchased goods.
  24. Our reverse-Logistics Partners will get in touch with you to arrange for the collection of the bought Products from you after receiving your request for a return of a product over the Website and having it officially recognized by us.
  25. According to our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, we handle exchanges and returns of bought Products.
