Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Our Policy :-

  1. You accept to be governed by the provisions of this Policy without modification by using the Website and/or submitting a request for the purchase of Product(s) and/or Services there.
  2. You are recommended not to conduct business on the Website if you do not agree to the provisions in this Policy.
  3. Take note that the provisions of the Policy that apply to your return, refund, and cancellation of an order for Products on the Website may occasionally change.
  4. Please review the Policy each time you want to use the Website to make sure you are aware of the terms and conditions in effect at that time.

CONDITION FOR RETURN , CANCEL & REFUND ORDERS :-

Please carefully read each section to fully comprehend the terms that will apply in the event that a product is returned, refunded, or cancelled.

CONDITION FOR RETURN :-

  1. We strive to fulfill your requests for the requested goods in a timely manner.
  2. However, in order to ensure a swift resolution, please contact XenMeds User Support within 7 days of receiving the products if you discover any of the following :-

          a –  An Incomplete Order.

          b –  An Expired Product.

          c –  A Damaged Product.

         d – An Inaccurate Product.

         e –  A Doctor Changing the Prescription.

         f –  A Patient’s Death.

Please be aware that if you fail to contact us within 7 days of receipt, XenMeds will not assume accountability for any delivery concerns.

Non-refundable products cannot be returned by the user, it is the user’s responsibility to determine before placing an order if the product falls under the returnable or non-returnable category.

Special Cases to the Return Policy :-

  1. Please be aware that the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged as like Injections, Health Monitor & Equipment, and Ortho Support.
  2. XenMeds further retains the right to exclude specific products from returns (or refunds), as indicated in the relevant product pages by the statement.
  3. Note: This item cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

CONDITION FOR REFUND :-

  1. At XenMeds, we work hard to make sure you’re happy with all of our products.
  2. We are also pleased to provide a complete refund under the following circumstances.
  3. Complete Refund Possible When the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged in transportation, or when you receive a defective item.
  4. You obtained a product whose expiration date has passed.
  5. It is expressly made clear that, in the event a return request is made for reasons attributable to the User, We may, in our sole discretion, grant the request subject to the imposition of a “Restocking Fee” on the User.
  6. It should be noted that the money will be returned to you after the Re-stocking Fee has been taken into account.
  7. We retain the right to periodically change the aforementioned Restocking Fee without providing the User with any prior notification.
  8. We may only accept return requests for items that are in their original, unused condition, have not been damaged or otherwise abused, have no evidence of usage, such as scratches or wear and tear, and are suitable for resale as new.
  9. Please be informed that depending on the circumstance, the return method may change.
  10. Please wait 7 to 10 working days for the credit to show up in your account if you are receiving a refund by credit/debit card or net banking.
  11. Although we apologize for any trouble this period may have caused, the bank’s policy is to postpone refunds, and we have no influence over it.
  12. If a refund is made using a wallet, credit must be accessible within 24 hours.
  13. Cash on Delivery :-  To manage such refunds for COD orders, the User must send an email to support@xenmeds.com or give us a call at +91 9153884573.
  14. A refund will subsequently be sent to the User’s wallet or bank account.
  15. If the refund is to be paid to the user’s bank account, the user must provide the bank account details.
  16. In some circumstances, the money will be returned to the user’s originating account.
  17. If the user choose to receive the money in their wallet, all unused funds in their wallet account will be returned to their bank account when their account is deactivated.
  18. When excessive prices have been charged or collected from the User and money needs to be refunded, for example, XenMeds will immediately refund to the User’s bank account.
  19. In all other circumstances, XenMeds will refund money to the User’s original payment method.
  20. Any remaining funds in the wallet at the time of account deactivation, if the User elects to receive the refund to the wallet in the aforementioned situations will be transferred to the User’s Bank account.
  21. Simply send us an email with the specifics of your order, your request for a refund, and any supporting documentation.
  22. We take user input extremely seriously and utilize it to continuously enhance the quality of our services.

CONDITION FOR CANCELLATION :-

  1. A user may change their order before the goods is shipped for delivery.
  2. Your order will be canceled right away when we get your request to do so.
  3. Only registered medical practitioners of the service requested may be contacted through the website by the User.
  4. The Company will notify the Doctor or qualified medical practitioners who will offer the consult at the agreed-upon time, location, and mode stated at the time of booking the service after the appointment has been booked and a confirmation has been issued to the User.
  5. We are not responsible for any service deficiencies that may occur, such as orders being canceled because a doctor or other licensed medical practitioner is not available.
  6. No money will be returned in the event of a cancellation once an appointment has been scheduled and confirmed by us.
  7. But in some cases, the Company, in its sole discretion, may provide a refund of the whole or part of the payment if the Doctor or other registered medical practitioner is unable to see you or if a different Doctor or registered medical practitioner is scheduled to consult.
  8. In certain situations, the Company’s judgment shall be final.
